Just got back from skiing at Jiminy. I'm glad I did not sign up for the Vertical Challenge. The weather and conditions are terrible. It's ice and heavy rain. I got off the mountain early. It was terrible.
Now on to soccer. As I am a Tottenham fan, I looked at the scores. Tottenham tied 3-3 with Wolverhampton. What is happening with Tottenham? Last week they were beaten by Blackpool in a shocking 3-1 win. Tottenham did some cool wins, like the 2-1 win over Liverpool (a team I actually support) and the 3-2 win over Arsenal (horrible team). I am worried about Tottenham. Next week Tottenham is going to face West Ham (at White Hart Lane). Hopefully they will beat them. Even a 1-0 win will be great. They just can't fall in the same hole Chelsea fell in to.
Liverpool did secure a win–against Manchester United. I was psyched. Liverpool were beaten by West Ham (I support because Ba from Hoffenheim is on the team) in a 3-1 thriller. Liverpool beating Manchester United is great. In fact, Kuyt made the hat-trick and Andrew Carroll made is debut for the team. So the Premier League fixtures were okay (just the Tottenham draw was something I was not happy about).
In Serie A, Inter made a win over Genoa. A 5-2 show for you Inter fans (I support Juventus, I'll get there shortly) is great. Fiorienta beat Catania in an easy 3-0 win. The big match, Juventus vs. AC Milan ended up in a 1-0 win to AC Milan. I support Juventus and AC Milan (Juventus because of del Piero and Quagliarella and AC Milan because of Ibrahimovic and Abbiati [goalkeeper]). This game was okay, didn't really want to watch it.
Barcelona (I have recently started supported) beat Zaragoza in a small 1-0 win. After their tie against Sporting Gijon, it's been not too good for Barcelona. They were beaten by Arsenal 2-1 (at Emirates) and had a narrow win against Zaragoza. Atletico Madrid beat Villareal 3-1 which is nice.
German Bundesliga went boink. Stuttgart beat Schalke 1-0. Not too expected, would've called that Schalke would win. Hoffenheim were beaten by Mochengladbach 2-0, very unexpected. Nürnberg beat St. Pauli in a 5-0 show, and lastly, Hannover 96 beat Bayern Muchen 3-1. First sentence of this paragraph said it all.
So a bunch of stuff for this weekend. See ya'
